Imagine feeling calm in your body, clear in your mind, and steady in your relationships — no longer ruled by worry or fear. It is possible!
How do you know if you have anxiety?
You might notice it’s hard to relax — even when nothing’s “wrong.”
Your mind is always busy: replaying conversations, imagining worst-case scenarios, or worrying you’ve upset someone.
You overthink decisions because you don’t want to make a mistake.
You apologize often — even when you didn’t do anything wrong.
Your body feels tense or restless, and sleep doesn’t come easily.
Sometimes, it feels like your whole system is on edge — and no matter how much you try to stay calm, you can’t shake the feeling that something bad might happen.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not broken.
Your body has just learned to stay alert to feel safe — and together, we can help it find calm & safety again.
Healing from Anxiety at the Roots
Anxiety doesn’t go away by pushing harder or learning to “think positive.”
It begins to soften when your body and mind finally start speaking the same language.
Together, we’ll slow things down enough to notice what your anxiety is trying to protect you from — and help those parts of you feel seen, understood, and safe.
As your nervous system learns that it no longer has to stay on guard, your body starts to relax, your thoughts quiet, and peace feels more natural.
Healing from anxiety isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about coming home to yourself.
To a steadier, kinder way of being where calm isn’t something you chase — it’s something you live.
🌸 What Life Can Feel Like Beyond Anxiety
Healing doesn’t mean you never feel stress — it means you finally feel steady inside it.
You can breathe again without that tightness in your chest.
You can rest without guilt, and wake up without dread.
Your mind feels clearer — fewer “what ifs,” less second-guessing.
You start to trust your own choices and feel more present in your day.
You can speak up, set boundaries, and stay connected without fear of losing yourself.
Moments of peace last longer. You feel grounded, capable, and more like you.
This work isn’t about “getting rid” of anxiety.
It’s about helping you reconnect with the part of you that’s always been whole — the part that knows how to heal, rest, and feel calm again.
If you’re ready to start healing the root of your depression, you don’t have to do it alone.
Together, we’ll walk gently toward the pain, so you can finally set it free — and come home to yourself.

🌻A Different Way of Healing: Integrative, Body-based, Somatic Therapy for Anxiety
Why Insight Alone Doesn’t Bring Relief
You’ve probably gotten really good at noticing your anxious thoughts.
You know when you’re catastrophizing or imagining the worst — but no matter how much you tell yourself to “stop overthinking,” your body doesn’t seem to listen.
Your heart still races. Your chest still tightens. Your mind still loops.
That’s because anxiety doesn’t start with your thoughts — it starts with how your body learned to protect you.
Those “irrational” thoughts were never random; they came from moments when being cautious, alert, or prepared helped you feel safe.
Your mind isn’t broken — it’s trying to keep you from getting hurt again.
In our work together, we don’t force those thoughts to change — we get curious about where they come from, and gradually release them from their role so they can return to their authentic selves.
My Approach: Healing the Anxiety from Inside Out
I specialize in somatic therapy for anxiety, helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that went viral just to survive.
Together, we’ll help those parts feel understood, supported, and ready to relax again.
As your body begins to feel safer, the parts of you that have been working so hard to keep you safe finally start to relax.
The part that worries constantly, the one that runs through every worst-case scenario — it’s not trying to hurt you. It’s trying to prepare you, to protect you from pain you once couldn’t control.
When we approach those anxious parts with curiosity instead of judgment, they begin to trust that they can take on other roles to protect you, instead of trying to stay on high alert all the time.
You don’t have to fight your anxiety or silence your thoughts — you learn to understand the stories they carry, and offer them the safety they’ve been seeking.
As your internal system comes into harmony, your mind naturally quiets, your body softens, and life feels less like managing and more like living.
Together, we go beyond talking about your story — so you can finally begin to feel different from the inside out
I get it!
I know how it feels when your mind won’t stop spinning — when you lie awake replaying conversations, worrying you said the wrong thing, or imagining everything that could go wrong. When your body feels tense even on calm days, and rest never truly feels restful.
I know the fear that can come with starting therapy, too — the worry that you’ll be told to “just relax,” or that you’ll have to talk about things you’re not ready to face. The fear of losing control, being misunderstood, or opening up and feeling worse instead of better.
I want you to know — I get it, and I won’t push you.
You’ve had to carry a lot on your own, and this space will be different.
When we work together, we’ll move slowly and safely, allow your body and mind to experience and learn that it’s okay to exhale, to pause, to not have it all together.
You don’t have to perform or say the “right” thing here — you get to simply be, and I’ll meet you right where you are.
Together, we’ll listen to the parts of you that feel anxious, scared, or unsure — and help them feel understood instead of dismissed. Over time, you’ll begin to trust that you can handle what comes up, that your system knows how to calm, and that peace isn’t something fragile — it’s something that can last.
You don’t have to face this alone anymore. I’ll walk with you — gently, patiently, and with genuine care — until you begin to feel safe, steady, and free in your own life again.

🌱 What to Expect
Your first steps toward healing — gently, steadily, and at your own pace.
1️⃣ Free Connection Call
Start with a 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
You can share what’s been coming up, ask questions, and get a sense of what working together might feel like — no pressure, just conversation.
3️⃣ Deeper Healing Through IFS & Somatic Work
Once your system feels steadier, we’ll gently explore the parts of you that carry worry, guilt, or self-criticism.
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS therapy), somatic therapy, and trauma-informed methods, we’ll help those parts release old burdens and discover what they truly need.
When appropriate, we may integrate EMDR to reprocess painful memories stored in the body.
2️⃣ Building Safety & Foundation
In our first few sessions, we focus on safety — both emotional and physical.
You don’t need to tell your whole story at once. We’ll move slowly, helping your nervous system begin to settle and building trust in the process.
You’ll start learning simple tools to ground yourself and reconnect with your body’s signals — so therapy feels safe, not overwhelming.
4️⃣ Integration: Bringing Healing Into Daily Life
Healing is about more than what happens in session — it’s about how you begin to live and relate differently.
We’ll practice new ways of setting boundaries, calming your body, and trusting your own inner wisdom.
You’ll notice small but meaningful shifts: more calm, clearer choices, deeper connection.
5️⃣ Continuing or Transitioning Forward
Some clients continue meeting regularly; others space sessions further apart as they integrate what they’ve learned.
When it feels right, we’ll discuss transitioning out of therapy with clarity and intention — so you leave feeling supported and empowered.
