You might find yourself…

  • Constantly overthinking, replaying conversations, or doubting yourself — never feeling fully at ease.

  • Feeling disconnected or numb, as if you’re just going through the motions but not really living.

  • Struggling with guilt or shame when you try to rest, say no, or prioritize yourself.

  • Longing for closeness but finding relationships exhausting or unpredictable.

What to expect working with me?

I offer a calm, welcoming space where you can finally exhale and be fully yourself. In our sessions, you don’t have to explain or justify — I’ll be attuned to your feelings, thoughts, and what feels safe to explore in each moment. Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s beneath the anxiety, sadness, or self-doubt, so you can begin to feel lighter and more at peace inside.

We’ll get to know the parts of you that have been working hard to protect you — the ones that overthink, shut down, or carry too much. As they begin to feel understood and safe, they naturally start to soften, allowing you to heal the pain they’ve been guarding. This means we won’t just talk about your experiences — we’ll also explore how they live in your body, beliefs, nervous system, and relationships today. With curiosity and compassion, we’ll help your body relax and feel safe enough to let healing happen.

You’ll leave each session feeling seen, heard, and deeply validated — a little lighter, with a sense of calm returning to your body. Many clients describe feeling compassion for themselves as they begin to understand why they are the way they are, and gratitude for how their body has protected them all this time. Over time, you’ll move through life with more clarity, confidence, and genuine connection — not from effort, but from a grounded sense of inner peace.

An approach that meets you where you are

In my years of practice, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients from many different backgrounds — each carrying their own story, pain, and resilience. Over time, I’ve found my deepest passion and most meaningful work in helping people heal from childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD — the invisible wounds that make it hard to feel safe, connected, or enough.

My clients often come to me feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or emotional disconnection. Together, we create a space where those patterns begin to make sense, where compassion replaces shame, and where real, lasting healing can take root. I’m always deepening my work — through ongoing training, research, and my own personal growth — to bring the most attuned, effective support possible.

My clients get the benefit of a therapist who blends professional expertise, lived experience, and deep compassion to help them heal from childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD in a space that feels safe, genuine, and deeply human.

My philosophy

Healing unfolds through safety, compassion, and connection — not pressure or perfection.

When you bring kindness to the parts of you that were once shamed, the nervous system begins to soften. The mind grows quieter. The heart starts to trust that it’s safe to open again.

I see therapy as a sacred relationship — a space to remember that you were never broken, only burdened.

The goal is not to “fix” yourself but to reclaim your wholeness, one layer at a time

Outside of therapy

Outside the therapy room, I love being in nature, exploring mindfulness and spiritual practices, and connecting with others on the path of self-discovery. These practices keep me grounded in the same values I offer to my clients — authenticity, compassion, wisdom, and presence.
