There are no bad parts, only burdened ones.
Healing is about becoming whole again.
You might find yourself…
Constantly overthinking, replaying conversations, or doubting yourself — never feeling fully at ease.
Feeling disconnected, empty, and numb, as if you’re just going through the motions but not really living.
Struggling with guilt or shame when you try to rest, say no, or prioritize yourself.
Longing for closeness but finding relationships exhausting or unpredictable.
If you’re here not just looking for another way to manage symptoms, but for healing that lasts — healing that transforms how you relate to yourself, your relationships, and your inner world beyond moments of crisis — you’re in the right place.
I offer a calm, welcoming space where you can finally exhale and be fully yourself.
Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s beneath the anxiety, sadness, or self-doubt, supporting deeper healing that continues to unfold long after sessions end.
What to expect working with me?
My work is focused on sustainable healing — not quick fixes, but deep, compassionate work that helps create lasting internal change.
We’ll get to know the parts of you that have been working hard to protect you — the ones that overthink, shut down, or carry too much.
As they begin to feel understood and safe, they naturally start to soften, allowing you to heal the pain they’ve been guarding.
This means we won’t just talk about your experiences — we’ll also explore how they live in your body, beliefs, nervous system, and relationships today.
With curiosity and compassion, we’ll help your body relax and feel safe enough to let healing happen.
You’ll leave each session feeling seen, heard, and deeply validated — a little lighter, with a sense of calm returning to your body.
Many clients describe feeling compassion for themselves, as they begin to understand why they are the way they are, and gratitude for how their body has protected them all this time.
Over time, you’ll move through life with more clarity, confidence, and genuine connection — not from effort, but from a grounded sense of inner peace.
My clients get the benefit of a therapist who blends professional expertise, lived experience, and deep compassion to help them heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD in a space that feels safe, genuine, and deeply human.

My Personal Connection to IFS & Somatic Therapy
IFS & Somatic Therapy is not just a model I practice — it’s a framework that deeply shaped my own healing.
For a long time, I understood why I struggled, but insight alone didn’t soften the shame, self-judgment, or the emotional hijacks I carried.
Coping skills helped me manage, but without healing the root, I kept ending up in the same cycles of tension and anxiety.
Learning to meet my own parts with curiosity and compassion, rather than criticism or intention to “fix,” changed my relationship with my mind and body in a way nothing else had.
That lived experience informs how I show up as a therapist.
I know how vulnerable it can feel to slow down, turn inward, and listen to parts of yourself that have spent years trying to manage in silence.
My role is to help you feel safe enough to do that — at your own pace.
What clients are saying:
I’ve done standard talk therapy for 5 years but the most progress I’ve made with myself has been my IFS sessions with Quỳnh. She’s empathetic, listens with an open mind and has been guiding me to reframe my shame and inner critic!
My Philosophy
Healing unfolds through safety, compassion, and connection — not pressure or perfection.
When you bring kindness to the parts of you that were once shamed, the nervous system begins to soften. The mind grows quieter. The heart starts to trust that it’s safe to open again.
I see therapy as a sacred relationship — a space to remember that you were never broken, only burdened.
The goal is not to “fix” yourself but to reclaim your wholeness, one layer at a time.
Outside the therapy room, I love being in nature, exploring mindfulness and spiritual practices, and connecting with others on the path of self-discovery.
These practices keep me grounded in the same values I offer to my clients — authenticity, compassion, wisdom, and presence.
